Its location very near to station was good. Loved that it was set near the popular food area, other tourist attractions, and Dotonbori, Namba, Shinsaibashi, Americamura.

Overall it was compact and new-fashioned for larger bags. Magnificent and fantastic location down on the river, met every demand. Moreover, it was near the train station, OCAT, and Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi shopping centres and OCAT train.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

Booked a room for larger bags. The staffs were very very nice & polite. The hotel had a central location and it was right by Kuromon Ichiba Market.

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms for larger bags. Having a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a bonus. The hotel was in a central setting in center of city. A cool bonus was nearby Neko Cafe Cat Tail, that offered tea and coffee.

This hotel met expectation, we would definitely recommend to others. The whole place was clean and the staff were excellent and amicable. The setting was marvellous, so close to transport and the food/shopping district and other shopping areas. It also was near subway.
